At Bricktastics we look after your orders and will package each item carefully and in sealed boxes or satchels (if they do not already have original packaging). Where possible we will combine items and orders to save you money on shipping.
We want the barriers to buying LEGO to be as easy and cheap as possible! 

Shipping Domestically Within Australia is usually pretty quick and you can expect your packages within 4 business days if you live near NSW and up to 10 days if you live remotely.

For International Orders keep in mind that shipping times will vary depending on your location in the world. It is my experience that the shipping times given are never accurate, expect 2 - 4 weeks delivery on average.

DOMESTIC LETTER OPTIONS DISCLAIMER: We offer letter options domestically but default to parcels options. Letters are a affordable shipping solution but might go missing in the post. Becuase they dont have tracking Bricktastics accepts no responsibility for Lost letters. Please bare this in mind when using it. You can make a "shipping request" at checkout and we can manually adjust your shipping costs for you.

We ship using Australia Post
Tracking information can also will be supplied as standard to your email for all orders, except for domestic letters which have no tracking and you use at your own risk. Letters are a great way to save money domestically but are not as reliable. We do not offer untracked international shipping it is our experience that this service is slow and unreliable.

Make sure to leave space for packing materials around 10% of the weight.

PLEASE NOTE: Australia is called the "land down under" for a reason, we are rather isolated so postage can cost a bit, but in my experience AUSTRALIA POST is one of the most reliable carriers, theft domestically almost doesn't exist, however, do expect your parcels to take up to 4 weeksto arrive. HOWEVER if you want faster shipping times we can quote for express, etc: it costs more, but you are getting your LEGO faster :)
